During our city break in the charming Alsace wine region, we had a great experience staying at a hotel with amazing staff who warmly welcomed us with a smile and made our toddler feel loved and welcome. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable bed and a cozy patio to enjoy the beautiful vineyards. The breakfast was really good with plenty of food available, served by the attentive staff that made our experience at the hotel even more enjoyable.

The only aspect that left us wanting more was the limited dining options in the village, which meant that we had to travel to nearby towns for lunch and dinner. we would love to have had complimentary bikes offered by the hotel to explore the surroundings more easily.
